In April, other than oranges,,
not many fruits are good enough to enjoy in my opinion

Especially this time around, we need to boost our immune system to the max, right?
So here I am to share one of my favorite simple recipe for a healthy smoothie to help your overall health! (YAY)

* what to prepare*
note: if you can get a golden kiwi- it is really good to put in)

– 1 apple
– 1 banana
– 5-6 strawberries
– 3 blackberries
– 15 blueberries
– 1 handful of spinach
– 1/3 cup of orange juice
– 1/2 cup of coconut water
– 1/3 cup of kefir probiotic ( optional)
– your favorite yogurt
– 5 almonds
