It is so important for us mamas to prioritize self-care, without the mom guilt, so that we can best show up for our most important roles. ABOUT JESSICA

I am the face behind Botany Mommy and I believe that each mother has her own unique strengths and power to achieve her ideal state of healthy well-being, no matter how busy her life, so that she can confidently thrive in all of her important life roles. My signature transformational program for women incorporates evidence-based lifestyle medicine, plant-based nutrition and mindful movement, to optimize health for longevity.

I am a graduate of Cornell University’s Plant-Based Nutrition Program, a certified yoga teacher, and am currently preparing for the board examination to become certified through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. I currently reside in Los Angeles with my husband and our two young children.
