Coronavirus Diet explained by a Nutritionist. I just got diagnosed with Covid-19. I tested positive and it’s been a couple of days since I got my first symptoms.

I’ll explain the basics of how the immune system works and how our diets affect it.
I’ll share what foods to eat and what foods to avoid for someone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 (coronavirus).

Why is your immune system important?
When you get infected, it’s a battle between the virus and your body. There’s not that much you can do to get rid off the virus directly. But a well-functioning immune system can help you to fight it off.

In this short video, I will explain what weakens your immune system, what strengthens it, what foods to eat, and what supplements to take to make sure your immune system is functioning properly, and I will even show you what I will eat during this time to help my body fight off the Coronavirus.

I will eat clean, I will eat most of my vegetables raw. I’ll get 7-10 servings of veggies a day. I will eat a variety of berries, nuts, and seeds, eat organic meat, and get 2 smoothies a day.
