What I eat in a day+ day in the life of a high school athlete

Disclaimer- do not compare what I eat to what you eat, many of my meals I end up eating more then what i show (more pasta(like double what I showed LMAO), tuna, hemp seeds, ect) I also end up snacking before bed and during school!! Listen to your body and FUEL YOURSELF!!

Also, I am sharing my gracillis muscle strain to show that things happen but YOU CAN BOUNCE BACK!!! sure this is a minor set back, but it won’t stop me!! it will in fact make me stronger and has taught me a lesson that even when you take easy runs easy and hard days hard…. you can take hard days too hard🤦🏼‍♀️
