Yoga for Flu Season

In this practice we will focus on the respiratory system, strengthen the diaphragm and clear out the sinuses. This sequence is designed for flu season and can be practiced daily through the winter months or if you start feeling congested.

At the end of the session I highlight a few tips to boost your immunity:
– Vitamin D 2,000 IU daily throughout winter (liquid drops form)
– Zinc 50mg can be taken once symptoms begin or daily through winter
– Resveratrol 2,000mg can be taken once symptoms begin or daily through winter
– Hand washing (scrubbing for at least 20 seconds)
– Flu shot
