I take vitamin c like candy. My other brand was costing me a fortune and stumbled upon these. The bottle is huge but it will last because I sometimes take 4 or more a day.
Pills are large but I have no issues walking. Effective.

I researched you take enough til you have diarrhea and you then take one less the next day til you stop having diarrhea and thats your dosage your body needs and wgen i feel symptoms coming on…

Ordered these by mistake. Thought I was getting the coated vitamin C and I ordered the capsules. They are much easier to swallow. Only thing I don’t like is the have cellulose in them, I’m sure as a non sticking agent.
I know other companies use it as well…for instance in Kraft Parmesan cheese. I found that cellulose powder is basically finely ground wood. Seems we could use another method for that.
