In this times, we need to be focusing on our wellness as a whole! I recently discovered the 8 dimensions of wellness… and wow it’s amazing! 🤩🙌🏽

It’s a great way to take a step back and evaluate where we are in every aspect of our lives. I walk you through what the 8 dimensions are and then I do a journal entry on every dimension. I broke down the journal entry into two sections, a review of 2020 in that category and then what’s next. 🌻

It was recently MENTAL HEALTH DAY on the 10th of October and using this is a great way to see where you are at currently and how you can improve parts of your life that need work. We all need work, we all are consistently growing and working on ourselves! 2020 has been a shit show for us all. Hope you guys enjoy the information in this video!
