# This is a rice recipe with Vitamin C rich Indian gooseberry (Amla).
# Grate 4 Indian groceries in a grater.
# Heat little sesame oil (gingelly oil or Til oil) in a pan.
#Add 1 teaspoon mustard seed + black Garam dhal
# Add 3 Red Chillies made into small pieces.
# Add curry leaves
# Add grated Indian gooseberry
# Keep the flame low
# Add two pinches turmeric powder
# Add salt
# Saute for 30 seconds
# Add already cooked
non sticky rice (for 3 persons)
# mix well
# When become warm enough add fried cashews.
