Many of my supplements have a common theme of strengthening hair and increasing hair growth. I briefly discussed my hair loss experience over the last several years and what I’ve been doing to help improve internal health while trying to facilitate new growth. Supplements discussed in this video are: Vitamin C, Moringa Leaf, Omega 3, Maca, Zinc, Fenugreek, Liquid Biotin, Digestion, Calming Magnesium Tea, Chlorophyll, Iron (Blood Builder), and Vitamin D3.
NOTE* As I discussed in the video, all of my supplements are known to my physician so make sure to always ask your doctor before beginning a supplement to ensure you’re doing the best for health!
