Immunity boost herb tea blend recipe (No talking)

There is nothing better than a cup of herb, healing tea after the cold day. Yes, you can make immunity herb tea at home. Stop using the bagged tea full of plastic. Mix your own herbs to get a quality drink hat will boost your immune system. Below I listed all herbs I used snd their properties, just look at all benefits you can get from mixing this dry herbs and turning them into the tasty tea.

I used the following oprganic herbs:

1/2 teaspoon of nettle leaves – reduces inflammation, lower blood pressure, rich in vitamins A, C, K
1 table spoon of pau d’arco -great antimicrobial, reduces joint pain, helps with anemia, antifungal

¼ teaspoon of lavender- boosts immune system, calming, supports digestive health, aids respiratory health

½ teaspoon of mint- improves digestion, reduces fever, reduces stress, improves focus, relieves clogged sinuses, improves sleep

Add all amazing and healing dry herbs in your tea pot, boil 1 liter of water, poor over your tea mix, let it brew minimum 10 minutes. Serve warm with some honey.
