Hi guys, I am recovering as best I can.
What have I been doing to recover?
-Light walking in the sun with fresh air
-Remembering to breathe deeply(it makes you forget to or suppresses breathing)
-Chewing sage leaf and using other herbs
-Chewing/eating Fennel Seeds
-Eating raw garlic
-Adding cayenne pepper and turmeric to food
-Cut all sugar
-Listening to my body and resting by pacing tasks
-Drinking plenty of water but not too much
-Destressing
Viruses are micro tiny parasites really. So these things that I am eating are all anti parasitic, and by the way more people have parasites robbing them of energy than you think. This also stimulates digestion, it seems to suppress appetite somewhat.
-Drinking Kadha (Ayurvedic herbal tea mixture)
