My Healthy smoothies | with nutritional value breakdown

My healthy smoothie recipes are both very nutritious, delicious and vegan. High in Vitamin C, fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin K and Omega 3. You don’t need to measure each ingredient, you can just eyeball it. Make sure that you try the recipe. If you can’t buy hemp seeds, just use chia seeds instead.

Mixed Berries Recipe: – 100g of frozen berries.
– 150g of Almond Milk
– 150g of coconut water
– 2 dates
– 30g spinach
– 1 banana
– 10g of hemp seeds

Pineapple ginger recipe: – 100g of frozen pineapple
– 6g of ginger
– 8g of chia seeds
– 8g of poppy seeds
– 1 tsp of turmeric
– 30g of spinach
– 1 banana
– 250g of green tea
