The reason vitamin D supplement don’t help, is that 400 IE per day doesn’t help much! 4000-10000 IU per day helps A LOT. At least if you don’t have deficiencies in minerals like iodine and magnesium, and you should get enough vitamin K2 and calcium through food or supplments, and of course zinc and copper for the immune system.
