Join me again as I explore this 4 cornered room of mine during quarantine, but this time we’ll challenge ourself to a 30 days quarantine planking workout. It’s been awhile since we splurge ourself to eating, sleeping and even social medias!
Yes!!! It’s true, I gained my belly fats!! I”m proud of it!! LOL
So why not start some stretching for our muscles and burn that belly fats down.
