Organic Vegetables at Farm

Hi Friends, Welcome to my channel “Journey with Lovely”.

In this video, we will show you some organic vegetables grown in my friends farm. Check out the video for their uses.

Carrot uses:
contains vitamin A
Good for eyes
Reduces the risk of cancer
Good for Heart
Boosts immune system
Reduces Constipation problems.

Cauliflower Uses:
Vitamin K in Cauliflower helps to make bones strong.
Containing more fiber and water content, helps to reduce constipation problem.
Helps in learning and increase memory.
Helps to get good sleep.

Coriander Uses:
Contains vitamin A, fiber, potassium, Iron and calcium in high quantity.
Helps to cure pimples, skin rashes, skin infections. Also loose motions, vomiting, gas and acidity.
Apply the paste of Coriander to scalp and hair and leave it for 30 min and wash. Repeat the process twice a week. This will reduce the hair fall.

Roselle Leaves uses:
contains vitamin C A B6, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium.
helps in digestion
makes bones strong
helps in blood circulation
good for eyes
controls sugar levels for diabetic patients
Cures cough, breathing issues, sneezing issues.

Amaranth Leaves Uses:
Contains Vitamin A C D E K B6 B12
good for eyes
helps in blood circulation
helps to overcome obesity issues
helps in digestion
Gives instant energy
Helps to adapt seasonal changes for body
who has stones in kidneys, please avoid eating this.

Spinach uses:
Contains vitamin C and A iron
Reduces cancer risk
Helps in blood circulation
Boosts immunity
Don’t cook this leaves with the combination of Tomato, has a risk of getting kidney stones

Onion Leaves uses:
Vitamin A C B2 K copper, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, chromium, manganese
Reduces blood sugar levels, increases glucose levels.
Helps in blood circulation
helps to avoid getting cold & fever
helps in digestion
Helps to fight getting skin wrinkles and keeps you young.
