So hey guys, this July 2 of our team mates Niket and Ydnyesh took up a 30 day challenge in which they maintained their diet, sleep timing and workout schedule
Recorded it to see how their body reacts to it. We have kept it real since we did not have access to our gym due to the lockdown so all of our workouts have been done at home without the use of protein supplements.

Sleep:
12:00 am to 08:00 am (8 HOURS)

Diet
8:00 am Fruits (Pre-Workout)
Chapati, eggs, Yoghurt, Vegetables, (Breakfast)

2 pm Rice, Fish/Chicken (Boiled), Vegetables (Boiled)(Lunch)

5:30 pm Dry-Fruits and Eggs (Pre-workout)

8:30 pm Rice, Fish/Chicken (Boiled), Vegetables (Boiled)(Dinner)

9:00 am – 10:30 am Strength and Conditioning
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Parkour specific workout
