The corona virus has now spread to all regions, not only in Indonesia but also in other countries. This makes all people living in areas detected by the corona virus feel worried that they will be attacked. Therefore, we must maintain our body’s resistance to avoid the corona virus by consuming healthy foods.
Healthy foods that are able to maintain and increase the body’s resistance and immunity, namely foods that contain vitamin C. Vitamin C is one of the beneficial nutrients that can be found in various types of food, especially in vegetables and fruits. Vitamin C is very influential to increase the body’s immunity. With a good immune system, the body is able to block various types of attacking viruses.
However, the human body cannot produce and store vitamin C. Therefore, eating foods that increase the body’s immunity with lots of vitamin C is something that needs to be done. Foods that contain vitamin C include guava, kiwi, broccoli, lemon, and others.
The fact that the corona virus has spread and is very dangerous requires us to maintain and increase our endurance. Therefore, we should eat healthy foods that contain vitamin C.
