I buy this version for her because she refuses to use anything else- its hard to find something that works when your body is sensitive, so when you find it you stick with it.The best part about this is the single dosing- Ive accidentally bought the same brand but it wasnt once a day, but 3 times a day; its hard enough to remember to take it daily but multiple times a day doesnt work out.Another great thing with Mega Food vitamins is that the vitamins are from real whole food, so it eleminates any possible stomach or absorption issues.
Its like eating food for vitamins- the way your supposed to, but since we cant all always have a balanced diet or health issues- this is the best vitamins to supplement it.The only drawback is the price.
These vitamins are crazy expensive- but are worth the money. I left off a star because of the cost, but its money well spent.
