Ive taking this vitamins for a year now and i can tell u I feel with much more energy, also i used to get a cold every 2 months ans after taking theses pills i juat got sick once on the whole year.
Gonna buy it every time. Love the new formula with more booting i can see it works on my nails!
Saw that the color seemed a bit off from other bottles Ive purchased before, so I called the company who makes the pills and they notified me that they have changed the formula for the pills to no longer contain artificial dyes.
So the color of the pills is now supposed to be a tannish/yellow color with light brown spots.
Im not usually one who buys the name brand of anything. However, I have not been able to find a generic that matches the quality of the new formula of One A Day Womens multivitamin/multimineral supplement.
What stands this multivitamin apart from others is its amount of Calcium – 400mg, or 31%DV.
It doesnt have any magnesium which is a good thing because calcium and magnesium compete for the same cells so if you have both of them at the same time, neither will be absorbed well.This vitamin smells good (like a vitamin should smell) and looks natural like a vitamin with no artificial colors.
Its not the cheapest vitamin on the market but reasonable and definitely worth it.
I ordered these back in October or November thinking these was going to be just like pictured and they were but they are missing the 1000 mgs of biotin.
These only have 30 mg. The ones im currently taking I bought in the store and it has 1000 and I can no longer find them with 1000 in them. Smh. But other than that good vitamin.
Before I took these vitamins my nails wouldnt grow, they were brittle and even if they did grow they would break. Now my nails are growing and they are strong.
I love these vitamins, I have also noticed my hair growing faster. These give me energy as well. A perfect multi vitamin for all of your needs.
