1. Grated Ginger 2 teaspoons
2. Gur Batasha 5 pieces
3. Black pepper powder ½ teaspoon
4. Green Cardamom 2 pieces
5. Fennel seeds / Sauf 1 teaspoon
6. Cloves 2 pieces
7. Bayleaf 1 piece
8. Kalonji / Black seeds ½ teaspoon
9. Tulsi 5 leaves
10. One inch Cinnamon
11. Star anise ½
12. Two teaspoon Tea leaves of our choice.

৫ কাপ চা করার জন্য লাগবে :
২ চাচামচ গ্রেট করা আদা।
৫টি গুঁড়ের বাতাসা ।
আধা চাচামচ গোলমরিচের গুঁড়ো।
২টি এলাচ একটু খুলে নেওয়া।
১ চাচামচ মৌরি।
২টি লবঙ্গ।
১ টি তেজপাতা।
অর্ধেক চাচামচ কালোজিরা।
৪-৫টি তুলসী পাতা।
১ ইঞ্চি ছোট ১টি দারুচিনি ।
অর্ধেক স্টার আনিস বা চক্রফুল।
আর ২ চাচামচ যেকোনো আপনার পছন্দের চা পাতা।
