To prevent corona virus,
Whatever you do to increase your immunity
1. Quit smoking.
2. Do not drink alcohol.
3. Take a bath every day. If possible, use antibacterial soaps or bodywashes (Dettol, Lifeboy).
4. Stay away from cold foods such as: ice cream, cold drinks, juices.
5. Eat foods / fruits with vitamin C. Such as: orange juice, lemon.
6. Take sunlight on the skin. (Vitamin D)
7. Wash your hands frequently with hand sanitizer.
8. Eat well-cooked food. Such as: eggs, chicken.
9. Control asthma, diabetes, hypertension, etc.
10. Drink ginger tea, basil tea, honey etc.
11. Do yoga or exercise.
Corona virus is capable of spreading rapidly. It can attack everyone but it cannot kill everyone. Your body’s immune system can save you from death. So be careful before you get infected. Avoid public gatherings, stay at home.
