President Trump Diagnosed With COVID-19: What This Means, What To Expect, And Where We Go From Here.

Discussion on President Trump’s recent diagnosis of COVID-19. We want to bring some medical insights and clinical experiences to this discussion to better understand what all this may mean. We will do some contact tracing looking at who around Trump has been positive and where he may have contracted SARS-CoV-2. We will discuss the Amy Barrett announcement and the idea of a “Super Spreader.” Additionally, we will talk about pre-symptomatic and asymptomatic transmission of SARS-CoV-2 and those who have come into contact with Trump after he may have already been infected. We will then dive into the stages of COVID-19 and where President Trump currently stands in the progression of the illness as he recently reported being “mildly symptomatic.” We will cover the risk factors for severe disease including his age, gender, and weight, as well as the data on morbidity and mortality. What might they treat him with? How long may he be monitored? Check out the video for all the details and more!
