In this video I share all of the equipment I’ve been using on a daily basis since the beginning of the year as I haven’t set foot in a gym since January. This caused me to sort of dig deep and innovate with the limited space and equipment that I do have which I’m still experimenting with.
I also share some of the specific movements I do for my training splits with my two 20Ib dumbbells/bodyweight.
