Smile has all the potential to change lives and relationships. It has happened to me and to millions as well.

Must practice this every day as many times as possible.

Guys, I always take pride when everyone says that my smile is good from my family members, friends, and colleagues. They also used to say that I smile very rarely which makes them uncomfortable talking to me.

As a result, relationships were normal but not that warm. I discussed this with my buddy, Anil Agrawal, my childhood friend and he suggested me this special exercise. I am happy to pass on this special activity to you all as I am feeling the difference in me. I have been practicing this exercise daily at least 5 times since March.

Now, I am always wearing a smile and all my family members find me easy to approach. Life and relationships are improving with just this simple exercise.

Smile is magical. It’s beautiful.
