Protocol for Prevention & Treatment
of COVID-19 Adult Patients:
1. Because SARS CoV-2 infection seems innocuous during its one to two weeks incubation period, it’s suggested all highly-susceptible persons take oral Ivermectin 15mg every 3 weeks ASAP
2. Persons manifesting symptoms-1 capsule of Ivermectin 15mg /week. If symptoms are severe, increase intake to 15 every 3-7 days
3. Also : Tylenol/Paracetamol for fever, Acetylcyteine for mucolysis, Antihypertensives preferably ACE inhibitors for hypertension, Ibuprofen for pain, Virgin Coconut Oil for G.I. symptoms, etc.
4. Moderate COVID-19 start IV Sodium Ascorbate 50gm infusion + 5ml Dimethyl sulfoxide. Dosage modified according to patient’s response. If no response after 12 hours, give another 50gm Sodium Ascorbate + 5ml Dimethyl Sulfoxide . If no improvement,the dose of Vit C given is not enough. Increase next dose by adding an increment of 25-50gm. every 12 hours until improvement is seen.
5. Severe COVID-19 start150gm IV Sodium Ascorbate daily infusion+10ml Dimethyl Sulfoxide-dosage is modified according to patient’s response. After giving an IV infusion & no response seen after 6-12 hours, increase next dose by an increment of 30-60gm. every 6-12 hours. Dimethyl Sulfoxide 10ml is only given on first dose. Subsequent doses only require 5ml.
6. If patient is going into hypercoagulability, give Magnesium Sulfate 1gm + EDTA 3gm + Sodium Ascorbate + DMSO everyday.
7. Nurrition: 1 fresh coconut daily to enhance electrolyte balance.Fresh fruit & veges to alleviate hypogeusia or hypergeusia. Morning sun for 30 minutes daily +modest exercise
8. Min.eight hrs sleep/day.Melatonin 6mg at 10pm if patient is having sleep problems
9. Mental health-Patient shouldn’t be given unnecessary information that leads to fear or hysteria.
10. Reassure they won’t succumbed to this illness while given this treatment protocol.

Recommended Dosaging of IVERMECTIN-15mg
Treatment of COVID-19 for Adults:
1. General prevention:
15mg as a single dose. May be repeated every 3 weeks.
This single dose confers protection for a period of 3 weeks. This dosage is for people who are not categorized as a contact, not a probable, and not a suspect patient. They do not have
any symptoms associated with COVID-19
2. Asymptomatic contact, probable, or suspect (persons under investigation – PUI):
15mg every 7 days. Max of 3 weeks.
-patients who have undergone swab tests (RT-PCR tests) and are waiting for results+ have no symptoms
3. Symptomatic patients- contact, probable, or suspect (persons monitored–PUM), have had swab tests (RT-PCR tests) and are waiting for the results:
15mg every 3 to 7 days depending on severity of symptoms. Max 4 weeks.
4. Symptomatic patients tested & confirmed +ve by swab tests (RT-PCR):
15mg every 3 to 7 days depending on severity of symptoms. Max 4 weeks.
5. Asymptomatic patients tested & confirmed +ve by swab tests (RT-PCR):
15mg/ 7 days. Max 4 weeks.
6. Patients tested & confirmed +ve for IgM or IgG (rapid blood tests) & been asymptomatic, or had symptoms but now asymptomatic:
No need to take Ivermectin.
These patients developed a degree of immunity against the virus (SARS CoV-2).
7. Patients persistently +ve swab tests (RT-PCR tests) & have mild or no symptoms:
15mg every 3 weeks until asymptomatic & swab test is -ve
These patients are ‘long-haulers.’ Intake of IVERMECTIN will help eradicate their viral load.
