Vitamin D and Why It's So Important

In this video, we talk about what many people call, the sunshine vitamin, and for good reason. But as easy as it sounds to get plenty of, a lot of the U.S. population is deficient in it.

I’ll briefly cover the Vitamin itself and the way our body makes it, then I’ll go through just a few of the major functions of Vitamin D in the body. Finally I will really break down why if you live in the United states and are not supplementing, you are statistically almost certain to be deficient.
