Daily Live Meditation | A Path to Your Inner Peace and Wellness

The focus of this visualization meditation is on having some vitamin sea.

The Daily Live Meditation, Guided by Alex Vaz, happens every day at 8 am Mountain Standard Time (MST) on YouTube Live.

The meditation is divided into three steps:

Step 1 | Breathing: Through your breathing, I will lead you to connect with every part of your body.

Step 2 | Visualization: I will take you to a different location every day. You will be able to explore your emotions and creativity.

Step 3 | Silence: For a few minutes, you will stay in silence, and you will have the opportunity to go into a more profound meditation.

Finally, I will slowly bring you back after about 15 minutes in total.
