Welcome to my 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge.

As a certified fitness trainer, I hear a lot of excuses about why people can’t start or maintain a fitness routine. I don’t have access to a gym. I don’t have enough time. I wouldn’t know where to start. And I get it. Those are all very real concerns. That’s why I designed this 30-day

Each workout is only 10 minutes, but while the time commitment is minimal, the results you’ll see are anything but: You’ll notice you can do more reps within each timeframe, which means your fitness level is increasing. You’ll also likely see some muscle definition and increased energy levels.

For workout videos that will help you burn some serious fat, torch the calories and target your whole body in just ten minutes, look no further.

Crush This 30-Day Challenge
There are a few tips that will be helpful to keep in mind as you complete the challenge:

1. Do workouts in the mornings when you can. This is my number-one tip for people who struggle to find the time to work out.

2. Keep tabs on how many reps you do. It’s great motivation when you can see that you’re able to do more reps in weeks two, three, and four than you could in week one.

3. Boost your levels of vitamin B. Eat plenty of wholegrain cereals, leafy greens and dairy foods. Vitamin B is essential to brain health.

4. Stay Motivated, An important key to being in shape is to set goals and keep a positive mindset. If you stay positive, you will be able to push yourself to get that fit body you’ve always wanted.
