इस विडियो में आपको कैसे बिना जिम के बॉडी बनाएं उसका सही तरीके से एक के बाद एक इस्तेमाल करकेआप अपनी सभी Muscles की कसरत कर सकते हैंऔर जिससे आपकी कोई Muscles का नुकसान भी ना हो ।

This Full body Home Workout without Gym is an effective way to stay fit And built a good shape. You can do this exercise 4/5 days in a week if you doing two part of exercise, and You want to build muscles
So you can also do like your workout routine one part exercise,
E.G | 3 Sets 10/12 reps 1 set close to failure Rest time 30sec/1 minute.
And if you target for single muscle so increase the weight every week to balance and build muscles at home without gym.

The pecs are the largest muscles,5-6 body weight exercise for the big Chest.Target :Upper,Middle,Lower and adduction.

//BACK HOME WORKOUT
This 5/6 back exercise target to train right muscles to get
The V-Shape Strong back.
Target: Lats,Rhomboids,Traps, Erector Spinae.

// SHOULDER HOME WORKOUT
So 5/6 exercise will give you the best soreness into your (Delts)
Target: Anterior, Middle, and Posterior,

// BICEPS HOME WORKOUT
So everybody want a good bicep . This the workout to fill your sleeves.
Target: Long Head,Short Head, Brachialis.

// TRICEPS HOME WORKOUT
How will you train Triceps to right way at home you can see in the video step-by-step and build it better then others .
Target:. Long head, Latetral head ,Middle head.

// LEGS HOME WORKOUT
Do you want strong legs so these 5/6 exercise complete your legs bodyweight workout and complete your aesthetic Body. Target:Quadriceps,Hamstrings,Glutes,Calves and adductor.
