Hello, this is Fred Liers of Health Products Distributors, Inc. Today we are talking about Vitamin D3 PLUS. This is the bottle with the little sun shining on it. It’s really one of my favorite all-time vitamin D3 products, and it is one of our bestselling products. I also wanted to show the actual capsules. They are very small.
The first thing I want to say is that this product contains Vitamin D3 which is the natural forms of vitamin D3. This means that what you get in the capsule is the same thing as what your body produces when you are exposed to sunlight which is how in Nature we produce our Vitamin D.
It contains 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 per capsule which is a good dose. It has become well known that 5,000 IU is a good amount to take daily, or certainly weekly or multiple times per week, especially in the winter because most people don’t have enough Vitamin D.
It is a vitamin that many people are deficient in and you need to have a high dose (which really is not the high) like 5,000 IU daily, especially in the winter, to obtain the amount of vitamin D you need to be healthy. And later I will explain there are certain populations and groups of people that require more Vitamin D for various reasons.
Another thing that makes this formula so good is that it is a synergistic formula providing not just Vitamin D3, but also Vitamin A and Vitamin K2.
