Raw papaya is a rich source of Vitamin C and during these times our body needs a lot of Vitamin C. So this salad recipe is very easy and quick to make and is also full of nutrients and vitamins.
For this recipe you will be requiring the following ingredients-
1. Sauted raw papaya salad
• Raw papaya
• Carrots
• Capsicum
• Bell peppers (red and yellow capsicum)
• Tomato
• Onion
• Green chillies
• Coriander
• Lemon
• Salt
• Pepper
• Flax seeds
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
2. Grated raw papaya salad
• 1 bowl grated raw papaya
• 1/2 bowl grated carrot
• Salt
• Red chilli flakes
• Lemon
• Crushed roasted cashews
• Corainder
