How to Stay Healthy: My Daily Vitamin & Minerals Regime

Many people seem to be more concerned with what they put OVER their mouth rather than what they are putting IN it! If you are one of those people with junk food on your grocery list, then this video is for you!

DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor or health professional. This is *my* daily regime that has worked for me, and not intended as medical advice. I recommend you speak with your own doctor or nutrition specialist to find what’s right for your body type.

1. MULTIVITAMIN/MINERALS: If you eat a healthy and balanced diet, a daily multivitamin with minerals will support your healthy lifestyle and help your immune system fight. Choose a HIGH QUALITY multivitamin

2. MAGNESIUM/CALCIUM: I do not have any dairy at all, so I take this supplement daily mainly for the calcium. I have also found that I get less headaches now that my hormones are balanced, as well I read that magnesium also helps fight migraines.

3. VITAMIN D3: As you can probably tell by my hands, I am black! Again, because I don’t have dairy in my diet at all, I don’t get the extra vitamin D that is usually found in dairy milk. Again, as a black person, we don’t tend to absorb vitamin D as well, so even though there is vitamin D in some of the other vitamins that I take, my doctor has stated that there is no harm in the amount that I am taking.

4. VITAMIN C: This is an obvious benefit to take during any cold/flu season. Vitamin C works best when taken along with vitamin D. If you feel any “tingle” in my throat that makes me think a cold is coming on, I take 1 vitamin C tablet and a large glass of water with it. ALSO – with The R0n@, if I’ve done a lot of shopping in a day or around a lot of people, I will come home and pop a C, D and a can of tonic water. (Not listed in the video: but I also spray each nostril with a shot of colloidal silver)

5. ELDERBERRY: This is said to support the immune system and reduce inflammation. I take about 20 drops under the tongue.

6. MORINGA: I add 1 tbsp of Moringa powder to my delicious lime water. (2 cups water/2 key limes/ 1Tbsp agave/ 1Tbsp Moringa powder.) Any female who has low iron should try this out! The body needs iron for proper bloodflow and to help your body fight viruses!

7. ZINC: This immune system booster is said to reduce the severity of a cold. I have not yet had one since I started my regime almost a year ago, so I can’t vouch for this, but my doctor has asked me to increase my vitamin D and Zinc, so just sharing this with you. (Remember: find out what works best for YOU)

8. OIL OF OREGANO: Tastes disgusting, but this has been in the cupboard for a couple years. When we start to get a cold, we drop one or two under the tongue. You can also drop a few drops in a bowl of boiled water and place your face over top of it, with a towel over your head to inhale it.

9. TONIC WATER with QUININE: This is new! I’ve only been drinking this for the last, maybe, 3 months. It is gross. It’s definitely not a daily drink. But if I have been out and about and interacted with a lot of people in a day, I will take a vitamin C, D and wash it down with a can of tonic water (plus an extra glass of water)

NOTE: I do not get paid or have any partnerships with any of the products shown in my video. These are simply what I use, so I share them freely.
