Healthy Breakfast for a Balanced Diet | Nashta (Savory Brunch)

In this video, I share with you the recipe to make a healthy vegetarian breakfast/brunch. We make three dishes, Avocado Toast, Oatmeal and Orange Juice.
This is a healthy and savory brunch recipe for a well-balanced diet, full of nutrition and essential vitamins.

First we prepare: a Raspberry and Chia seeds mixture to top the Oats with. (Keep overnight)
Second: We prepare a tasty Avocado Toast with Feta Cheese and Honey Glazed Walnuts
Thirds: We complete our healthy oatmeal
Fourth: We make a freshly squeezed orange juice to provide you essential Vitamin C
