Ingredients:-
Egg 2 Nos
chopped Onion 1 No Small
Grated Paneer 1 bowl
Chopped spinach leafs 1 bowl
Butter For Shallow Fry
Salt to taste.
Recipe:-
Take one bowl to add 2eggs, grated paneer, spinach, chopped onion and salt to taste mix all the ingredients properly. Switch on the gas keep a pan on the gas add some butter or ghee let it melt then pour the mixture. Shallow fry both sides let it golden brown in colour. Take out on a plate. For flavour add some oregano or mixed herbs.
