A group led by doctors wants the government to gradually lift all quarantine restrictions in the Philippines as soon as their proposed preventive program is in place. According to Dr. Joel Lopez of the Concerned Doctors and Citizens of the Philippines, a healthy dose of vitamin C and D paired with proper rest and regular exercise will be effective in preventing COVID-19.
