Welcome to the CD Fit Nutrition Q&A Webinar in September 2020!

If you’ve had questions about fat loss, gaining muscle, healthy foods, meal prep, supplementation, disease prevention (ie: cold and flu), etc., then this webinar event is for you. Many people exercise hard on a regular basis but are still not achieving their ideal bodies and performance levels which are primarily due to improper eating habits and lack of quality sleep. In this webinar, you will learn how to properly structure your eating plan to gradually reduce your body fat, enhance your energy, build lean athletic muscle, and improve your overall athletic performance. We will conduct this Nutrition Q&A webinar in a relaxed format via Zoom, and give the participants an opportunity to have many of your questions answered regarding your nutrition and fitness program.

The webinar will be lead by Clarence Duhart, CD Fit Founder, and our keynote speaker is Dr. Ken Redcross, board-certified internal medicine physician, author of “Bond: The 4 Cornerstones of a Lasting and Caring Relationship with Your Doctor,” and outdoor fitness enthusiast, received his medical degree from Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. During his training, he participated in fellowships in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, to fulfill his passion for serving the underserved while enhancing his medical fluency in Spanish.

Dr. Redcross is currently challenging everyone to “Get on My Level” when it comes to Vitamin D. He’ll talk to us about how food, dietary supplements, exercise and sleep work together to build the health of your immune system in the face of the upcoming cold and flu season. Clarence Duhart is the Founder of CD Fit with 26 years of experience in the fitness industry and he has helped 1000’s of clients over the years to achieve great success with his fitness program and lifestyle management guidelines.
