11 ways to increase immunity
1 – Drink warm water throughout the day.
2- Practice Yogasanas daily. Do pranayama and yogasana for at least 30 minutes.

3- In cooking, use spices like turmeric, cumin, coriander and garlic daily.

4- Take one teaspoon (10g) of Chyawanprash every morning. People suffering from diabetes should eat sugarfree chawanprash.
5- Make a decoction of basil, cinnamon, black pepper, dry ginger and dry grapes and eat it once or twice a day. You can add jaggery or lemon juice as per need.

6- Drink milk mixed with turmeric. Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric in 150ml of warm milk. One can drink such milk once or twice a day.
7-Vitamin C: Among the things that increase immunity, vitamin C comes prominently in the citrus fruits like orange, seasonal, kinnu, strawberry, berries, lemon and amla. Vitamin C makes white blood cells in the body which helps the body to fight infection.
