All the boys have baby locs and Joy would say is it my turn now grandma, I kept suggesting ponytails just to see if she would change her mind and she would say no thank you I want to were my hair in Afro ( Natural ) so I kept listening and watching her for weeks after doing each of the boys baby locs Joy’ Anna sat by my side hoping I would say come on Anna its your turn.
I finally talked to her mom and got permission a couple of weeks ago, last night I decided that Two Strand Twist would be appropriate for her age letting each twist mature ( Bud) and palm twist over time shampooing, conditioning and vitamin e oil take down and re du and count how many she has in the next two weeks During this video you will see how calm Joy’s is and when I was done she hugged me so tight ( Thank you grandma ). This morning she shook her locs smiled and called her mom on Duo.. ( Look at me mom I am Beautiful )
