WELCOME TO GRIND MOUNTAIN: What can we say, Mountains are meant to be climbed.

We created this BURPEE WOD in honor of all the people who like to TEST their fitness level!

OVER 875 push-ups and over 400 squats and lunges – it will for sure check you! With this workout we will be blasting our cardiovascular system and will to dig deep.
