This vitamin is a very good product, to lower your cholesterol. I was used it for years, and I have marked improvement by decreasing my cholesterol level.
Dont make the mistake and order too many, I did and found out the expiration date is November, so I will be using outdated vitamins until next year.
I have used Centrum Cardio for years, it has now become Centrum Specialist. It has made a difference in my cholesterol. I had been buying it at my local warehouse club and they discontinued it.
Found it at Amazon.com for a little more than $6.00 a bottle which was an incredible price. Bought 4 of them at that price. Imagine my surprise and disappointment to find all four of the bottles expiring in October 2013!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To be certain that vitamins have any value, let alone value for you in particular, would require extensive tests. Thus, we put our trust in the manufacturer (the govt.
lets the industry run tests; only occasionally do they check it out.) Centrum to me is number one in vitamins and therefore are as reputable as anyone.
This formula appears to be what I need given my concerns over cardiac matters. I alternate this daily with Centrums over 50 Silver series of vitamins for, I hope, a perfect blend.
Again, its impossible to know if this is a placebo or whether it is helpful, or harmful. We can only put our faith in the company, which I do.
Not top shelf as far as expensive super quality vitamins but still in the mid-tier to upper very good levels of vitamins. Centrum is on point and has been for awhile. I just wish they still had some of their other formulas with extra B and Ginseng.
