COVID-19 and the Law Colloquium Series | Health Law and COVID-19

The topic of the second session of the COVID-19 and the Law Colloquium Series was Health Law and Covid-19. Clinical Professor Emily Broad Leib, faculty director of the Harvard Food Law and Policy Clinic (FLPC) and colloquium co-organizer (with Martha Minow) moderated a discussion with panelists:

– Robert Greenwald, clinical professor of law and faculty director of the Center for Health Law Policy and Innovation’s (CHLPI) Health Law and Policy Clinic;
– I. Glenn Cohen, James A. Attwood and Leslie Williams Professor of Law, deputy dean, and faculty director of the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology & Bioethics; and
– Peter Barton Hutt, senior counsel at Covington & Burling LLP and lecturer on law at Harvard Law School.
