They are what they say they are. the expiration date is 12/19 and the packages were sealed as expected. I love these little horse pills, so does my doctor.
Great vitamins for older people. My husband and I both take these vitamins and we do notice a difference in our energy level. The large bottle and the smaller bottle are a great deal compared to what you might have to pay at a store.
