1.Abdominal breathing 2. Thoracic breathing 3. Clavicular breathing. 4. Full yogic breathing.
In the abdominal breathing maximum oxygen enter in to lower lube of lung.
In the thoracic breathing maximum oxygen enter thoracic region.
In the clavicular breathing maximum oxygen enter in to upper lube of lung.
Full yogic breathing 100% lungs utilized 100%of oxygen.
