I didn’t know Centrum made a general vitamin pill for men. I thought they were just for Silver people. I’m glad that I have a brand name vitamin finally.
I mean it’s a multivitamin. Hopefully it works as designed as I don’t know of a mechanism to determine its effectiveness. The pill itself is average size no discernible taste and easy for me to swallow.
