Fibrous food in the form of raw or freshly cooked colourful vegetables and fruits
Pulses and wholegrain foods
Low-fat or reduced-fat versions of milk and dairy products like curd, yoghurt
Unsalted nuts and seeds
Egg yolks, and fortified breakfast cereals
Unsaturated fats
Fresh fruit juices, low-fat lassi, buttermilk, lemon water, coconut water/ hot water, herbal tea
Honey and jaggery
Indian herbs: Coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, tulsi, cumin, fennel, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger & curry leaves

Don’t forget to Sleep for 6-8 hours & do Yoga & meditation for 30mins every day
