I have been taking Centrum Women for about 6 months now and I do believe it has helped me notably in a few ways.
First of all, my nails have always been very brittle and would break before they even had a chance to grow and now people ask me if im wearing acrylic nails!!!
Imagine that. My nails are beautiful and have NEVER been so it must be the vitamin because ive done nothing else different except for recently getting manicures because theyre actually long now and need maintenance.
Secondly, my skin is glowing. I have always used foundation on my skin ALWAYS since a young teen throughout my twenties up until 3 months ago. I no longer feel like I need any foundation.
My skin is beautiful and I will no longer use any foundation. Third major difference is I actually have energy and do not feel so tired all of the time anymore.
I do so much more now than I used to be able to. Its awesome and definitely a notable difference. Ive noticed some negative reviews on here so I thought I would give my story.
Not to say this vitamin will work for everyone, but it did work great for me and I will continue to take it.
