Ive got a weak and stupid immune system these days and its far too easy for me to get sick so Im trying an extra dose of vitamin C. Cut the pills in half and theyre easier to swallow, theyve got a faint orange taste, good price for the bottle size and amount of pills you get.
I cannot say one way or the other if theyre working or not, but I dont feel as run down and weak about 90 minutes after taking them. Im guessing they help because I feel slightly better.
Just an extra level of protection.
