COVID – 19 disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus is relatively a new disease, with fresh information being known on a dynamic basis about the natural history of the disease, especially in terms of post-recovery events.

After acute COVID 19 many organs are affected which include: brain, cardiovascular, respiratory, haemopoietic, visual, kidney, liver, and immunological systems and more. recovered patients may continue to report wide variety of signs and symptoms including fatigue, body ache, cough, sore throat, difficulty in breathing, etc. Considering this, a holistic approach for recovery and rehabilitation is required

Practices like Pranayama and serial meditation was put forth in a structured way to be applied as per the impact of the infection. Based on the discussion a stage wise, scientifically analysed customized protocol can be developed and presented to the relevant authorities to be researched further.
