4 stars because the flavor is unappealing to me but it definitely works to lessen the symptoms and severity when I feel like I have a cold coming on. I do feel the need to address some reviewers that have referred to this as a “hot drink”.
It doesnt say anywhere on the box that this drink should be served warm like a tea. It says to mix with 4-6 oz of water I would hesitate to mix it with hot water because this may interfere with the chemistry of the product.
It taste very similar to Kool-Aid but without sugar though the water smells like absolute crap when you mix the powder in.
Other than that its a great product I drink this stuff everyday at work since I dont like to eat fruits or take any pills to supplement my Vitamin C.
This tastes like fruit berry , Other reviews very negative, but I use it anyway. I like the fact that it has C,D,BAnd electrolyte in it which I think does lessen the effects of a cold.
I would not take this prophylactically as I suppose you could take it every day.This is a vitamin supplement powder mix drinkWhat people expect Coo-lade fruit punch .
I like it, the flavor is kind of like crushed up flintstone vitamins though.The box came in a little bit damaged.
