This is a low budget pasta, and good for small businesses 👌.🥣4-5 servings

This whole dish only takes 30 mis to prepare.

🥕INGREDIENTS
✳️ 200g / 250g of pasta 🏷️*56 pesos for 450g
✳️1 SPICY Spanish Style Sardines 🏷️*30 pesos (round off)
✳️ Grind carrots – you can use half of medium size of carrots 🏷️*10 pesos
✳️chop 1 celery leaf 🏷️*5 pesos, onion leaks *
🏷️*10 pesos
✳️ 2 malunggay leaves 🏷️*5 pesos or free if yor or your neighbor have malungay tree😁)
✳️chop 3 gloves of garlic & 1 medium size of red onion 🏷️10 pesos
✳️salt, rosemary leaves, pepper, magic sarap 🏷️Estimate of 🏷️*20 pesos or less (if if u already have those in ur kitchen)
➕ Vegetable oil in sachet 13 pesos
🏷️TOTAL BUDGET 179 pesos👌

🌶️Just do the normal way of sautéing – garlic,  onions, ofcourse pepper – rosemary and the celery. then add chopped malunggay & onion leaks..
🌶️Omce these are cooked we can now add Family Spicy Spanish Style sardines. Make sure to mash it.
🌶️then add our cooked pasta (al dente) then mix well. Add salt. Magic. Another rosemary and pepper. Mix again.
🌶️Finally add grind carrots
🌶️serve it with grated cheese on top & balance with a little acidity with lemon zest or lemon juice

Malunggay amd carrots are very healthy..even onion leaks & sardines. Malaunggay leaves are exellent source of vit and minerals..mostly known to be rich in iron and anti oxidants that helps lower blood sugar and cholesterol. Carrots beta carotene / vit a, lutein and lycopene helps maintain eye health.
Spring onions are an excellent source of fiber which helps in better bowel movement. Add it in your daily diet to reap its benefits. Also loaded with vitamin C and vitamin A, which help in improving the strength of immune system and protect us from infections.

Ofcourse our Sardines belong to the bluefish group, & a great source of omega 3. It is also a food rich in calcium, vitamin B12 and vitamin D, and provides high protein content and a significant amount of iron and phosphorus.

these are very flexible too. U can add them in some of our daily dish. try this pasta. Or add chopped malunggay, carrots, spring onions, and sardines in ur sinanggag na kanin. I guess lets just do it our nxt episode instead..
